Heather has been facilitating programs for executive assistants and managers for 25 years in all areas of personal impact, offering her programs globally.
Heather spent ten years as a senior training manager within Deloitte in the UK and managed a team of fifteen people within National Learning and Development. Prior to her role in training, Heather was a senior EA within the audit department when she was asked to move into training to introduce a range of inter-personal skills courses for the 1500 support staff in the UK. This led to a global role introducing similar programs in Asia-Pacific, the USA and Europe. Prior to joining Deloitte she held various secretarial and PA roles within manufacturing, retail and design.
Heather left Deloitte in 2000 to set-up her own training business, Dallas Development Limited. Her clients are in various sectors including legal, market research, pharmaceutical, food, charity, oil and medical.
Heather is a motivational and inspiring public speaker and personal coach in personal impact and career development. She is a qualified MBTI Practioner, Belbin Team Roles Consultant, Emotions & Behaviors at Work Consultant (EQ) and NLP Master Practitioner.
